| Production |
Sign writing, printing etc. and production are quoted
on receipt of the artwork. However, as a guide, a simple
3- 4 line message for 1 Panel on the Main sail, on both sides ( 2) 1000mm x 2000mm PVC printed one (1) side, trimmed to size &
with velcro edge $395.00 +GST
This would be from art file(s) supplied to our specs (see Download File below). If you
required us to do the artwork/design, allow $95 +GST per hour or we can give
an estimate based on brief supplied. |

Full sail coverage JIB, MAIN or SPINNAKER will be quoted
depending on size of boat sail required.

$150.00 for a 3 hour shift depending on specification
and requirements. |

Artwork File Specifications - Download File
Software:
- PC Format Only (Please convert Mac files to PC).
Files:
- Illustrator CS1 or Version 10 / Ai, Eps.
- High Resolution PDF or Tiff File (files for print only as we cannot edit or colour correct).
- Please supply a PDF or JPEG with finished art for reference.
Layout:
- Set up document at correct size.
- Set up at 1:10 scale and scan CMYK at 300dpi.
- Allow 50mm bleed when required.
- Check & double check spelling.
File Size:
- Limit file sizes to: 100MB for CD / DVD / FTP
- 2MB for Email (ensure artwork supplied via email is set up at 1:10 scale, NOT 1:1).
- Time involved in setup and printer rip of files over this limit may incur additional cost.
Fonts:
- Please convert all fonts to outlines.
Colour:
- Please supply all files as CMYK or Pantone Colours (not RGB).
- If a specific colour is required, a Pantone colour or colour sample must be supplied.
- Pantone colours will be matched to our printers closest CMYK equivalent.
- Exact colour matches may not always be possible.
- Please supply colour proof for reference.
Linked Files:
- Please supply all linked and embedded files.
- Images that are embedded in a file cannot be colour corrected.
- Remember to convert all Fonts to outlines, even for PDF artwork.
Deadlines
- Client supplied material - 5 working
days prior.
- Material to be printed by Sailing
Billboards – 10 working days prior.
